Backyard weddings · DIY venues · Ballrooms
The DJ & music crew that also quietly runs your day.
Give us the names, the schedule, and the vibe. We handle the microphone, the playlist, the timeline, and the awkward silences so you can actually be at your own wedding.
What a Saturday looks like
- • DJ & sound for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- • A live acoustic set woven in, if you want one
- • A licensed bartender pouring, if you need one
- • One point of contact running the timeline, day-of
What we do
One crew, four things we're actually good at. Book one or stack all four. Most backyard weddings end up wanting at least two.
Wedding DJ
Ceremony sound, cocktail hour, reception, and every transition between them. We MC as much or as little as you want. Some couples want a bold host; others want us invisible until it matters.
Live Solo Acoustic Set
One performer, singer-songwriter style, live for your ceremony or cocktail hour, played by the same person who carries the rest of your day from guitar to turntable. An hour is the sweet spot (two is the max), and with enough notice we learn up to three songs just for you. Flat $500.
The acoustic set, in fullBar Service
Licensed, experienced bartenders for backyard and DIY-venue weddings where the venue doesn't provide one. Bring your own bar; we'll staff and run it. $500 is the minimum, not the price: guest count and shelf set the real number, quoted straight on your intro call.
How wedding bars work in IndianaDay-Of Coordination
Send us the names, the schedule, and the run of show. On the day, we're the ones calling cues, cuing the wedding party, and keeping everything moving. It's the unofficial coordinator role, built in.
Straightforward pricing
No tiered packages designed to upsell you. One honest day rate for DJ services. Add live music or bar service if you want them.
Wedding DJ
$1,000 / day
Ceremony through last dance, sound equipment, MC, and day-of timeline coordination included. A $500 deposit locks your date.
Live solo acoustic set: flat $500, ceremony or cocktail hour
Bar service: $500 minimum, real number quoted on your intro call
Why couples call us the coordinator
We started out just DJing. Somewhere along the way, we became the people couples handed their whole schedule to, because someone has to call the cues, and it's easier to trust the person already holding the microphone.
We're not a full wedding-planning service, and we won't pretend to be. But on the day itself, give us your names, your timeline, and your must-plays and must-nots, and we'll run the room so you don't have to think about it.
We work as comfortably in a backyard with a rented tent and string lights as we do in a formal venue. If your wedding leans indie folk, DIY, or a little unconventional, that's exactly the room we like best.
Who you get
No rotating roster of strangers. When you book Crossroads, these are the people at your wedding.
Jake
Co-founder & Event Producer
DJ · MC · Acoustic
The voice on the mic and the one watching the clock. Jake runs your sound from the processional to the last song, calls the cues so your wedding party is always where it needs to be, and keeps the whole day moving without anyone noticing he's doing it.
Nic
Co-founder & Event Manager
DJ · MC · Acoustic · Bar
The live music and the steady hand behind the bar. Nic plays the solo acoustic sets, singer-songwriter style, and brings about twenty years of serving and bartending, with a current Indiana ATC permit. When we say licensed bartenders, he's who we mean.
Brayton
Co-founder & Director of Talent & Training
DJ · MC · Audio Engineering
The reason the room sounds right. Brayton runs audio engineering for Crossroads, which is the difference between a toast everybody hears and a toast everybody leans in for, and he trains the DJs and MCs who work our weddings. He's on the mic and behind the decks himself too.
Ashton
Production Manager
DJ · MC · Crew & Gear
Back of house. Ashton makes sure every speaker, light and cable is where it needs to be long before your first guest walks in, and he runs the crew through the day. If the gear did its job and you never once thought about it, that was him. He DJs and MCs too.
